The Stechert Group has installed a seat range designed to endure the bitter cold at a stadium in Lapland.
Stechert has delivered 2,000 of its tip-up Berlin seats to the Keskuskenttä stadium in Rovaniemi, Finland, as part of a recent upgrade.
Rovaniemi is the official home of Santa Claus where temperatures of minus 25° Celsius are not unusual.
These extreme temperatures can be a huge strain for the seats so the Berlin seats were built using high grade materials to endure the harsh climatic conditions.
The home ground of the former Europa League participant Rovaniemi PS, the folding seats now add a touch of colour to the new main stand at the multi purpose stadium.
